Privacy Policy (Try It Now)

Last Updated: January 11, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Try It Now (“Try It Now”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and services (the “Services”).

Early-stage notice: Try It Now is currently an early-stage project and may not yet operate through an incorporated legal entity. Once we incorporate, we will update this policy to reflect the legal entity details.

1) What this policy covers

This policy applies to:

  • Visitors of our website
  • Users who sign in using Google OAuth
  • Users who run AI workflows (submit prompts/inputs and receive outputs)
  • Users who view their run history

This policy does not cover third-party services we don’t control (see “Third-Party Services and AI Providers”).

2) Summary (plain language)

We collect:

  • Account information from Google sign-in (like name and email)
  • First-party analytics (pages visited, sessions, events, basic device/browser info)
  • AI run data (prompts/inputs you submit and outputs we generate for your history)
  • Files and media you upload or generate, stored as public URLs

We use this data to:

  • Provide the Services (login, running workflows, showing history)
  • Keep the Services secure and reliable
  • Understand usage and improve the product

We do not sell your personal information.

3) Eligibility (+18)

The Services are intended for users who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of legal majority where you live). If you are under 18 (or under the age of legal majority), you must not use the Services.

If you believe a minor has used the Services or provided personal information, please contact us at support@tryitnow.ai.

4) Information we collect

A) Account and authentication (Google OAuth)

When you sign in with Google, we may receive and store:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Profile photo (if available)
  • A Google account identifier (as provided via OAuth)

We use this to create your account and authenticate you.

B) First-party analytics (we run it ourselves)

We collect analytics to understand product usage and improve performance. This may include:

  • Pages viewed and navigation patterns
  • Session identifiers (pseudonymous)
  • Referrer information
  • Approximate location (e.g., country/city/region inferred from IP)
  • Device and browser information (type, version, OS)
  • Language and screen info (if provided by the client)
  • Event data you trigger (e.g., feature usage) and optional event properties

We do not intentionally record session replays (video-like recordings) or capture passwords.

C) AI run history (prompts, inputs, outputs)

When you use AI features, we may store:

  • Prompts and parameters you submit
  • Input references (including uploaded files, if any)
  • Generated outputs and related metadata
  • History so you can access prior runs

Avoid submitting sensitive personal information (IDs, health info, private images you don’t want exposed). See “Public URLs” below.

D) Public file URLs (important)

Input and output files are stored as publicly accessible URLs.

  • Anyone with the URL may be able to access the file.
  • We aim to use hard-to-guess URLs, but we do not guarantee confidentiality for files stored as public URLs.
  • If you need private storage, do not upload that content to the Services.

5) Cookies and similar technologies

We may use cookies or similar storage for:

  • Login/session management
  • Security
  • Analytics identifiers (first-party)

You can control cookies via browser settings, but disabling them may reduce functionality.

6) Promotional credits (no payments currently)

A) No payments today

Currently, we do not process payments (no Stripe or credit card collection by us).

B) $10 promotional credit

We may provide users with a promotional credit balance (e.g., “$10”) to test the Services.

  • Promotional credits are virtual, not real money, and have no cash value.
  • Promotional credits are not refundable, not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for currency.
  • Credits may expire or change as the product evolves.

C) Future payments

If we introduce paid plans in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy to explain:

  • What billing information is collected
  • Which payment processors are used
  • How payment-related data is handled

7) How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide and operate the Services (authentication, running workflows, showing history)
  • Maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues
  • Measure usage and improve the product (analytics)
  • Communicate with you (support and important service notices)
  • Comply with legal obligations where required

8) Third-party services and AI providers

To generate AI outputs, we may send parts of your request to third-party AI providers (e.g., model APIs). This may include:

  • Prompt text and parameters
  • Input files you submit (if any)
  • Technical metadata necessary to process the request

Third-party providers process this information to return outputs. Their practices are governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

9) International users

The Services may be accessed by users around the world. Our infrastructure and third-party providers may be located in different countries, so information may be processed in multiple jurisdictions depending on where systems operate and where requests are routed.

10) Data retention

We retain data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including security and reliability.

  • Analytics data: retained for product improvement and security monitoring.
  • Account data: retained while your account is active.
  • Run history: retained to provide history features.
  • Files (input/output public URLs): may be configured to auto-delete around ~7 days, but deletion is not guaranteed in all cases (e.g., operational needs, abuse investigations, backups, or failures).

If you want deletion, contact support@tryitnow.ai and we’ll make reasonable efforts, subject to legal and security requirements.

11) Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion (subject to exceptions)
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Request data portability in certain cases

To request: email support@tryitnow.ai from your account email and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity.

12) Security

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information. However, no system is perfectly secure, and public file URLs are not confidential.

13) Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves (including incorporation and payments). We will update the “Last Updated” date and provide additional notice where appropriate.
