Terms of Service (Try It Now)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Try It Now website, app, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1) Who we are (early-stage notice)

Try It Now is currently an early-stage project and may not yet operate through an incorporated legal entity. Until a legal entity is formed, the Services are operated by the founder/project operator. Once we incorporate, we may update these Terms to reflect the legal entity details.

2) Eligibility (18+)

The Services are intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of legal majority where you live). If you are under 18 (or under the age of legal majority), you must not use the Services.

3) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date. Material changes may be communicated via the Services or other reasonable methods. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

4) Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information. By using the Services, you agree that we can process your information as described in our Privacy Policy:

5) Accounts and authentication (Google sign-in)

5.1 Account creation

You must sign in using Google OAuth to access some or all features.

5.2 Account security

You are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality of your account access,
  • all activity that occurs under your account, and
  • promptly notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for security reasons or suspected misuse.

6) The Services and AI features

The Services provide an AI-powered platform that allows you to submit prompts/inputs and receive outputs (“AI Features”). AI Features may involve third-party model providers.

6.1 No guarantees

AI outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, non-unique, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for evaluating outputs before using them.

7) Promotional credits (no payments today)

7.1 No payments currently

Currently, we do not process payments (e.g., no Stripe billing). The Services may be offered as a beta/early-access product.

7.2 Promotional credit

We may provide users with promotional credits (for example, “$10” of credits) so users can test the Services.

Promotional credits:

  • are virtual, not real money, and have no cash value,
  • are not refundable, not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for currency,
  • may expire or be changed at any time as the product evolves.

7.3 Future paid plans

We may introduce paid plans in the future. If we do, we will update these Terms and any related billing policies before paid functionality goes live.

8) Your content (prompts, inputs, outputs)

8.1 “User Content”

“User Content” means anything you submit to the Services (including prompts, text, images, files, and other inputs), and any outputs generated based on your inputs (“Output Content”).

8.2 Your responsibility

You are responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that:

  • you have all rights needed to submit the User Content, and
  • your User Content and use of the Services complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.

Do not submit sensitive personal information (e.g., IDs, health data, or private/confidential materials) if you do not want it processed or stored.

8.3 License you grant to us

To operate the Services, you grant Try It Now a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, and transmit your User Content solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Services, including generating outputs and displaying your run history.

8.4 Ownership

As between you and us:

  • you retain ownership of your User Content, and
  • we retain ownership of the Services and all underlying technology.

We do not claim ownership of your prompts/inputs. We do claim ownership of the platform and its components.

9) Run history visibility (private UI) and public file URLs (important)

9.1 History visibility

Your run history (inputs/outputs) is shown only inside your account and is not intended to be publicly listed or displayed by default.

9.2 Public file URLs

Even though your history is shown only inside your account, some input and output files are stored as publicly accessible URLs. This means:

  • anyone with the URL may be able to access the file,
  • we do not guarantee confidentiality of files stored as public URLs,
  • you are responsible for deciding what you upload or generate.

If you need private/confidential storage, do not use the Services to store that content.

10) Deletion requests and retention

10.1 Deletion requests

Currently, the Services may not include a self-serve delete feature in the UI. If you want to request deletion of your history or account-related data, contact us at support@tryitnow.ai. We will make reasonable efforts to delete information, subject to legal, security, and technical limitations.

10.2 Retention

We may retain or delete data depending on operational, security, and technical constraints. Files may be configured to auto-delete around ~7 days, but deletion and storage duration are not guaranteed.

11) Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • break the law or violate anyone’s rights,
  • generate, upload, or distribute content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or excessively violent,
  • infringe intellectual property rights or privacy/publicity rights,
  • impersonate others or mislead users (fraud, scams, coordinated inauthentic behavior),
  • attempt to bypass security, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Services,
  • introduce malware or harmful code,
  • use automated means to abuse the Services (e.g., botting, credential stuffing),
  • create or distribute deceptive media (including deepfakes) that violates rights or laws, including without necessary consent.

We may investigate and take action (including suspending or terminating accounts) if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms.

12) Third-party services and AI providers

The Services rely on third-party services (including AI model providers such as OpenAI, Google, Replicate, and others). Your inputs may be transmitted to those providers to generate outputs. Third-party services operate under their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, or their actions.

13) Suspension and termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe:

  • you violated these Terms,
  • your use poses a security or legal risk,
  • your activity is abusive or harms other users or the Services, or
  • we must do so to comply with law.

You may stop using the Services at any time.

14) Intellectual property

The Services (including the UI, workflows, software, and branding) are owned by Try It Now and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Services except as allowed by law or with our written permission.

15) Feedback

If you submit feedback (ideas, suggestions, bug reports), you grant us the right to use it without restriction or compensation.

16) Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

AI OUTPUTS MAY BE INCORRECT, INCOMPLETE, OR UNSUITABLE. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING OUTPUTS BEFORE USING THEM.

17) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED $50 USD (OR THE EQUIVALENT IN YOUR LOCAL CURRENCY), UNLESS A DIFFERENT LIMITATION IS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

18) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Try It Now and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:

  • your User Content,
  • your use of the Services,
  • your violation of these Terms, or
  • your violation of any law or third-party rights.

19) Governing law and venue (initial version)

Because Try It Now is currently an early-stage project and may later incorporate in a chosen jurisdiction, this section may be updated in the future.

For now, to the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms will be governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Istanbul (Çağlayan).

If we incorporate in a different jurisdiction, we may update this section and provide notice via updated Terms.

20) General terms

  • If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains effective.
  • These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services (along with the Privacy Policy).
  • We may assign these Terms; you may not assign these Terms without our written consent.
